Arguments

withEmail	Boolean!	✓	—	Invites the signer right away and takes the amendment out of the draft state, inside a session as well as outside one
amendmentSessionId	ID		—	Session the amendment joins, whose template, fundraisings and mandatory flag it inherits; it waits for the launch unless the email is asked for
