FilterDateTimeInput
Date filter condition accepting a time and a timezone offset (2026-09-01T14:32:00+02:00) as well as a plain date (2026-09-01). A plain date means midnight, in the given timezone or in the application one by default. before and after compare the full instant, strictly. equal, notEqual and inRange compare the day the given instant falls on once converted to the application timezone, so a value close to midnight in another timezone can land on the previous or the next day.
